Xia...huge thanks to you for your time keeping up the website! I suppose I can assist but quite frankly I have no clue what I'm doing with this sort of thing. There must be someone out there that would be better suited to handle this. I don't mind pitching in/paying for the cost of the domain name however.

Heya guys/gals
I apologize that I'll no longer be able to host it due to several issues I have had with my host. It was my pleasure as once a member of The Trues to host this site and keep it functional with Xia for everyone's benefit. I hope that whatever y'all decide to do and where you go I will be able to stop by there on occasion to see how y'all are doing |

Ogmha...curious what you've been up to these past years? Playing any games? _________________ Kasar - Lvl 207 - Mage/Buffbot/Escort extraordinaire

Yeah on and off bud, after AC1 and during AC2, I was checking out Lineage II beta, I didn't like it initially and went back to playing AC2, however this time on Darktide. I met up with a great lil group that was very down to earth and was all about helping each other out rather than being self-centered.
Soon though I was pulled away for a brief stint in FFXI with my wife. We didn't like it very much overall so we moved on to Lineage II, with Selectrotese and Torin. We played that for roughly a year, had our own clan and it was going well overall but the problem with Lineage was that there really weren't many quests per se. It was more of a grind than I had ever experienced but fun all the same. However what we ran into roughly after playing a year was utter burnout. By the time we were in our 60's we needed , a bit newer armor as our was a bit outdated. However each of our sets cost about 30 times more than we had so we slowly but surely crafted 3 full sets of it, by the time we were done with those we were just fed up with it. Basically we were competing against people who bought money online and we just couldn't keep up.
I quit playing any games for awhile, however the wife moved on to WoW. After watching her play it a bit I got hooked. It has a ton of stuff to do and very little to no end in sight. We have probably done easily over 1200 quests by now. Recently I just hit level 60 with my warrior and she is right behind me with her priest sitting at level 58. We didn't really know many people when we first started playing, but coincidentally we found out that my friends from AC2-Darktide played on this server, so we hooked up with them and are having a great time. We only play about 2 days a week however as we just don’t have the physical amount of time necessary to play like I used to.
Funny enough I still measure all games by how they compare to AC1, it was one of the most intriguing games I have played and so far WoW is pretty close on my ranking with it. Lineage and AC2 just can't compare with AC1 and WoW in my opinion
I still check in on y'all from time-to-time and stop to say hi. It looks like everytime I turn around y'all are getting bigger and bigger |
